Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open DatingHalo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@datinghalo.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my DatingHalo account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photo and settings.
• Your location, saved places and date history.
• Your roster, its photos and notes, your registry-check history, rankings and polls.
• Your friendships, and the posts, comments, screenshot drops, check-ins, recaps, messages and reactions tied to your account.
• Your circle memberships (a circle you own passes to its longest-standing member), the people you blocked and the reports you filed.
• Your vote links, their share cards and the votes and comments left on them.
• Your notification tokens.

Copies can remain in encrypted backups for a short period before they roll off, and we keep anything we're legally required to keep. See our privacy policy for details.
